    We will respond to tickets within one business day. 

    Please select as accurately/as many as possible.  Emergency tickets are reserved for customers with service agreements or prepaid hour packages.

    Please describe your request as clearly as possible.

    Detailed description of the fault (What exactly is defective? Symptoms?)

    When does the fault occur? (e.g. Permanently, intermittently, after a certain operating time?)

    Under what conditions? (e.g. load, ambient temperature, operating mode)

    Measures already taken (e.g. reset, maintenance carried out?)

    Every screenshot or file you provide can help us process your ticket more quickly.
